Business Development Executive

About the role

We are hiring Business Development Executives for our Lahore office. The role involves handling client inquiries, providing consultation, and converting leads into successful cases. Compensation: PKR 100,000 – 150,000 base salary (based on experience), plus uncapped commission on successfully closed cases. Role-specific benefits include subsidized food, transport and paid training.

What you'll do

• Handle and respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients
• Conduct consultations and assess client requirements
• Provide accurate information about immigration services and processes
• Convert warm leads into successful sales
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients
• Update and manage client records in the CRM system

What we're looking for

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work on-site during 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM shift

Nice to have

• Prior experience in an immigration consultancy or similar sales role
