Techverge Solutions is seeking a Business Development Executive (Upwork Bidder) with at least 1 year of experience in online bidding and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer, helping expand our global client base and drive company growth.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
• Write compelling, customized proposals and cover letters for potential clients.
• Communicate with clients to understand their project needs and present tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to estimate project costs and timelines.
• Maintain a strong client pipeline and follow up to ensure conversions.
• Meet or exceed monthly business development targets.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Upwork bidding or business development (IT industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, and Digital Marketing.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proven record of successful client acquisition and lead conversion.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
