Job Description:
We are actively hiring Call Center Agents to join our team for a US-based outbound campaign. This is an office-based, full-time night shift role in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. The ideal candidate must have excellent spoken English skills, a confident personality, and prior experience or strong ability in cold calling and customer engagement. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, engaging prospects, and achieving campaign-specific targets.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to US-based leads and potential customers.
- Confidently pitch products/services and handle objections effectively.
- Maintain a professional tone and build rapport with customers.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Collaborate with team leads and report on performance.
- Follow campaign scripts, guidelines, and compliance standards.
- Attend regular training sessions and team meetings.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spoken English is a must (American accent is a plus).
- Experience in cold calling or outbound campaigns preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Confidence, patience, and resilience to handle rejections.
- Ability to work night shifts regularly.
- Minimum education: Intermediate (Bachelor's preferred).
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools).
