The One Stop Services specializes in providing top-tier solutions to UK clients, including electricity, gas, telecom, and card machines through expert cold calling. Our team is dedicated to connecting with customers to offer the best options tailored to their needs.
Responsibilities:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in Lahore. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for:
- Make Outbound calls to the UK clients.
- Customize conversations based on Individual client needs.
- Achieve Sales Targets
- Keep accurate and detailed record of customer interactions.
- Work closely with cross-functional team members to reach sales goals, improve customer satisifaction and foster business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelors in relevant field
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience in a call center or relevant role is a plus.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Must be able to work according to UK time zone (1pm-10pm)
- Applicants should be based in Lahore.
