Call Center Representative – UK Point of Sales Campaign
New Casa Holding is hiring Female Call Center Representatives for our UK Card Machine (POS) Campaign.
Position Details
- Position: Call Center Representative
- Campaign: UK Card Machine (POS)
- Gender: Female
- Salary: PKR 50,000/month
- Location: On-site – Model Link Road, Lahore
- Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Experience: UK campaign experience is highly preferred
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills
- Excellent active listening skills
- Confident and professional communication
- Ability to communicate effectively with UK customers
- Previous UK campaign experience will be preferred
- Good customer handling and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in an on-site call centre environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
