Cashier

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team at our Cash & Carry store. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth and efficient checkout operations, handling financial transactions accurately, and providing excellent customer service. The Cashier will play a key role in maintaining a positive shopping experience for our customers during the night shift.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling cash and card transactions, possess strong organizational skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor to assist customers with their billing-related queries.

• Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments responsibly.
• Issue receipts, invoices, and bills to customers.
• Manage cash drawer and balance at the start and end of shift.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with billing inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cash counter.
