Zama Shops Private Limited is a fast-growing company in the Online Market Place Sector, dedicated to delivering top-notch products/services to our customers. We Are Seeking A Detail-Oriented Catalogue Auditor / Dashboard Auditor To Ensure The Accuracy, Consistency, & Quality Of Product Information Across Our Digital Platforms & Reporting Dashboards. This Role Plays A Key Part In Maintaining Data Integrity, Identifying Discrepancies, & Driving Improvements In Catalogue & Dashboard Performance.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Audit Digital Product Catalogues To Ensure Correct Content, Images, Specifications, & Categorization.
  • Review Dashboards For Accuracy In Data Representation, Reporting Metrics, & System Outputs.
  • Identify Inconsistencies Or Errors & Communicate Findings To Relevant Teams (E.G., Content, Analytics, Tech).
  • Collaborate With Stakeholders To Correct & Prevent Catalogue & Dashboard Issues.
  • Maintain Audit Logs & Generate Regular Reports Summarizing Findings & Improvements.
  • Develop & Refine Audit Checklists & Processes For Continual Improvement.
  • Monitor Performance Kpis Related To Data Quality & Dashboard Reliability.
