Conduct monthly script optimization and public relations training, refining localized service workflows.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above;

• Experience: 1+ years in cross-border e-commerce customer service management (prior experience in US/EU or African markets preferred);

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in WhatsApp Business platform + PPT-based course development;

Responsibilities

• Salary: PKR 80K/month + up to 50%

• Performance bonus: 10K + Team sales bonus... ...

• Benefits: Year-end double salary (after 1 year of service);

• Promotion: Eligible to apply for Regional Branch Manager role within 1 year;

• Rotational Shifts: 8 PM-8 AM (Night)

• Design onboarding training programs for new employees, achieving ≥90% onboarding pass rate within 3 months;
