Customer Acquisition Agent

We are expanding our customer acquisition team and seeking motivated, target-driven agents to introduce our gaming platform and provide essential support to new users. This role is crucial for driving growth and ensuring a positive onboarding experience for our expanding customer base.

As a Customer Acquisition Agent, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, effectively communicating the platform's value proposition, and guiding them through the registration process. Your efforts will directly contribute to achieving weekly customer acquisition targets and fostering user engagement.

• Identify and engage potential customers through various channels including social media, personal networks, and direct outreach.
• Introduce the gaming platform, its features, and current promotions to prospective users.
• Provide responsive customer support, answering inquiries and resolving issues during the onboarding phase.
• Guide new customers through the registration process and initial platform usage.
• Report daily progress and key performance indicators to management.
