Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated Customer Support Representatives (CSR) to join our team, focusing on UK Mobility Inbound and USA/Canada Customer Support Campaigns. This full-time role is crucial for maintaining excellent customer relations and ensuring client satisfaction by effectively addressing inquiries and providing timely solutions. The position offers a dynamic work environment where your contributions directly impact our service quality and customer loyalty.
Key responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer issues, updating customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and adhering to quality standards.
