Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Expert with a strong background in Meta (Facebook) Ads to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta platforms, as well as contributing to broader digital marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis to improve ROI
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other tools
Collaborate with the design team to create compelling ad creatives and copy
Implement retargeting and custom audience strategies to maximize reach and engagement
Manage and grow presence across other platforms like Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, or TikTok (as needed)
Develop and execute strategies for SEO, email marketing, and content marketing
Prepare regular reports and insights on campaign performance and recommend improvements
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook) Ads
Strong knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Pixel setup, and conversion tracking
Experience with Google Ads, SEO, email campaigns, and social media marketing
Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp, or other relevant platforms
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently
