We are looking for a driven and results-oriented sales professional who can confidently engage with international clients, pitch services, negotiate deals, and close sales successfully. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills to convert leads into long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a sales team: Lead, train, and coach 5-6 agents to achieve sales goals.
Drive international sales: Conduct outbound calls, present services, and convert leads into closed deals.
Track and optimize performance: Maintain sales records and ensure team target achievement.

Requirements:

Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
At least 2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or business development *in digital marketing or web development*
Experience in handling international clients is a plus
