Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Annual E-Commerce Planning:
- Develop and implement a yearly e-commerce sales and promotional calendar aligned with marketing goals.
- Plan seasonal and event-based campaigns (Ramzan, Eid, Independence Day, etc.) to drive online sales.
- Campaign Management:
- Collaborate closely with the social media and marketing teams to design and execute integrated online campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better conversions and ROI.
- Platform Management:
- Handle product listings, order processing, inventory updates, and performance tracking on:
- Shopify
- Daraz
- Foodpanda / Pandamart
- Ensure smooth customer experience and timely fulfillment of orders.
- Expansion & Visibility:
- Explore and onboard new e-commerce and quick commerce platforms to increase Ahmed Foods’ digital footprint.
- Maintain strong relationships with platform account managers for promotional opportunities and visibility enhancements.
- Data & Reporting:
- Track sales trends, customer behavior, and platform analytics to guide strategic decisions.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and improvement plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations (FMCG experience preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Daraz Seller Center, and Pandamart Seller Portal.
- Strong understanding of online marketing, campaign management, and sales analytics.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across departments.
