Female Dispatcher

📍 Location: High Q Tower, Jail Road, Lahore

⏰ Shifts: Day | Evening | Night

💼 Experience: Minimum 6 Months

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage ride bookings and dispatch drivers in real time

✅ Coordinate with drivers, clients, and affiliates

✅ Monitor trips and ensure timely pickups/drop-offs

✅ Handle customer inquiries and operational issues

✅ Maintain accurate dispatch records and service quality

Requirements:

✔️ Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)

✔️ Professional accent and customer service mindset

✔️ Excellent coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities

✔️ Experience in dispatching, transportation, logistics, limousine/chauffeur services, or customer support preferred
