Female dispatcher

Black Urban Tech is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Female Dispatcher to join our operations team. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong linguistic abilities, and a clear, professional accent, as the Dispatcher will frequently interact with clients, affiliates, and drivers to ensure smooth transportation operations.

*Key Responsibilities*

Manage ride bookings and assign trips to drivers in real time.

Communicate effectively with clients, affiliates, and drivers through calls, messages, emails, and dispatch software.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests.

Handle operational issues, delays, and schedule changes while maintaining a high level of service quality.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service standards at all times.

*Requirements*

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong linguistic skills with a clear and professional accent.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic computer application

Strong coordination, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Prior experience in transportation, logistics, limousine dispatching, chauffeur services, or customer support is preferred.

Previous limousine dispatching experience is a plus.
