In this role, you’ll handle billing, reporting, and customer account coordination while ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all financial transactions.

· Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Onsite)

 · Saturday: Work from Home

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

· Prepare and manage reports related to financial processes

 · Handle utility bills and company payments promptly

 · Ensure accurate and timely billing for customers

 · Resolve billing issues and disputes with professionalism

 · Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth financial operations

 · Make adjustments to customer accounts when required

 · Maintain proper financial records and documentation

 · Safeguard sensitive and confidential financial data

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field

 · Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience

 · Strong Excel and MS Office skills

 · Excellent communication and organizational skills

 · High attention to detail and accuracy

 · Ability to handle cash and financial records responsibly
