Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager - Onsite to lead our Human Resources department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing a wide range of HR functions to support a high-performing and engaged workforce. Key responsibilities include employee engagement, recruitment and on boarding, performance evaluation, disciplinary action, learning and development, and coordination with other departments to ensure effective staffing. You will also play a critical role in policy development, compliance, organizational planning, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the company's objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and on boarding of new hires in coordination with department heads.
  • Design and implement initiatives to boost employee morale, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Develop and monitor performance management and appraisal systems to support employee growth and development
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees regarding HR matters, such as policies, procedures, and legal compliance


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources management.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
