We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the overall recruitment process, employee relations, and HR policies within the organization. The HR Manager will play a key role in attracting talented candidates, improving workplace culture, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, screening CVs, and conducting interviews.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally.
- Support training and development programs for employees.
- Coordinate with management to improve HR strategies and workforce planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in recruitment and HR management.
- Good knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a professional environment.
