Description

Pure-Shine Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of HR practices, and the ability to foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Recruitment and Onboarding:**

  - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

  - Conduct orientation programs for new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding process.


2. **Employee Relations:**

  - Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.

  - Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.


3. **Performance Management:**

  - Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.

  - Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues.


4. **Compliance:**

  - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  - Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.


5. **Training and Development:**

  - Identify training needs and organize development programs for employees.

  - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.


6. **HR Policies and Procedures:**

  - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

  - Ensure that all HR practices align with the company’s goals and objectives.
