Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company’s goals and values.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.
- Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Build and maintain positive employee relations, addressing grievances and promoting a healthy workplace culture.
- Identify training and development needs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Manage performance appraisal systems to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Partner with department heads to support workforce planning and organizational development.
- Handle disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
