Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company’s goals and values.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Build and maintain positive employee relations, addressing grievances and promoting a healthy workplace culture.
  • Identify training and development needs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Partner with department heads to support workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
