Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. As an HRBP, you'll play a strategic role in driving business outcomes by providing HR expertise, guidance, and support to our leadership team and employees. Your focus will be on aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, fostering a positive work culture, and driving employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Provide HR guidance and support to leadership and employees
Foster a positive work culture, promoting employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion
Drive talent management initiatives, including recruitment, development, and retention
Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partner role
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
Proficiency in HR systems, tools, and analytics
