We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, software, and networks.

• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
• Set up new user accounts, profiles, and deal with password issues.
• Respond to service requests via email, phone, or in person within agreed timeframes.

Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.

Familiarity with basic networking concepts (LAN, WAN, VPN, IP addressing).

Experience with productivity tools such as Microsoft 365, email systems, and remote support tools.

Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
