Lead Generation Executive

Location: Khursheed Building, 10-Abbot Road, Near Garhi Shahu, Lahore

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Arrangement:  Onsite

Salary: PKR 80,000 – 100,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive for one of our client companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and coordinating meetings to support business growth. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in lead generation and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through various online and offline channels.
  • Filter, organize, and manage imported data to identify potential prospects.
  • Handle and manage Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and related tools) for lead generation activities.
  • Research and identify target customers and business opportunities.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and the sales team.
  • Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records.
  • Assist in preparing marketing drafts, proposals, and communication materials.
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to achieve lead generation targets.
  • Track and report lead generation performance and campaign outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Lead Generation or Team Lead roles.
  • Strong expertise in lead generation, prospecting, and client outreach activities.
  • Hands-on experience with data filtering, lead database management, and CRM tools.
  • Proficiency in Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation and marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, drafting, and business correspondence skills.
  • Ability to arrange and coordinate client meetings effectively.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies and campaign management
