Job Description:
As a Management Trainee Officer (MTO), you will work closely with the Branch Manager to support operational, sales, and client service activities within the branch. This position is ideal for individuals eager to gain leadership exposure and grow in a fast-paced, ethical, and performance-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Branch Manager in day-to-day operations and team coordination
Develop understanding of Takaful products and business processes
Support the sales and recruitment functions by generating leads and onboarding clients
Prepare and maintain daily reports, meeting logs, and performance trackers
Participate in client meetings and branch activities
Contribute to branch growth targets and customer service excellence
Requirements:
Education: BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) – Mandatory
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (in sales, customer service, or office operations preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to learn
Ability to work independently and under supervision
