Job Title: HR & Operations Manager – Tech & IT Focus

Location: Garden Town, Lahore (Onsite)

Experience Required: 5–8 Years

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in HR (from a recognized Government University)

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic HR & Operations Manager with a strong background in Technology & IT, skilled in leveraging the latest digital tools to manage and monitor teams effectively. This role requires a proactive leader who can oversee daily operations, ensure timely deliveries, and optimize team performance—both onsite and remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals and local regulations.
  • Manage full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and exit processes.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture, focusing on employee engagement and retention.
  • Oversee compliance with labor laws and maintain up-to-date employee records.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring tasks and project deliverables are met on time.
  • Utilize the latest tools and software for remote team management, task tracking, and productivity monitoring.
  • Collaborate with tech and IT teams to ensure operational efficiency and streamlined workflows.
  • Create performance reports, analyze KPIs, and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources from a recognized Government University.
  • Experience: 5–8 years in HR & Operations with proven experience in the Tech & IT sector.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Trello, Asana, Jira, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, and other team management platforms.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Location: Lahore resident, preferably Garden Town.
  • Work Mode: Onsite.
