Responsibilities:

Dealer Network Marketing: Develop and implement localized marketing strategies in collaboration with real estate dealers to drive visibility, foot traffic, and inquiries for residential or commercial projects.

Lead Generation Campaigns: Create and manage digital and offline campaigns (Google Ads, social media, property portals, exhibitions) to generate leads and support dealer closings.

Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding across all dealer touchpoints, promotional materials, and site offices.

Training & Support: Provide dealers with marketing toolkits, product knowledge sessions, and promotional guidelines.

Event Coordination: Organize dealer meets, channel partner events, and property launches to strengthen relationships and motivate performance.

Market Research: Monitor local real estate trends, buyer behavior, and competitor activity to inform campaign strategies and dealer engagement.

Performance Tracking: Use CRM tools and analytics to measure dealer performance, lead conversions, and campaign ROI.
