We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Online Sales Executive / Account Manager to join our custom packaging team. This role is crucial for our growth in the United States (US) and United Kingdom (UK) markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from initial lead generation and qualification to closing deals and fostering long-term client relationships.
The ideal candidate must possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, as daily interaction with clients in the US and UK is a core function of this job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities within the custom packaging sector in the US and UK markets through various online channels (email, online meetings, digital platforms, etc.).
- Account Management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by becoming a trusted advisor and understanding their unique packaging needs and business objectives.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments, present tailored packaging solutions, and clearly articulate the value proposition of our custom services.
- Communication & Negotiation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Effectively negotiate contract terms and pricing to close sales and meet revenue targets.
- Market Insight: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and packaging technology to inform sales strategies.
- Administrative: Accurately track all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in our CRM system.
Essential Requirements:
- Fluent English Communication (Must-Have):
- Written: Excellent professional email and proposal writing skills are mandatory. Must be able to draft clear, persuasive, and grammatically perfect correspondence.
- Spoken: Flawless verbal English with a neutral or easily understandable accent for effective video/phone communication with US and UK clients.
- Experience: Proven work experience in a sales, account management, or B2B client-facing role, preferably within the custom manufacturing, printing, or packaging industries.
- Market Knowledge: Understanding of business culture and sales practices in the US and UK markets is a significant advantage.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software, MS Office/Google Workspace, and online meeting tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
- Results-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing a sales pipeline effectively.
