Job Description:
A detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Coordinator with expertise in managing import logistics, resolving supply chain queries, and ensuring seamless order processing in the wholesale industry. Proficient in CRM management, tracking order status, and ensuring timely delivery. Works closely with the Customer Success Manager (CSM) to enhance customer experience and maintain efficient customer flow.
Responsibilities:
📦 Order Processing & Monitoring: Ensure smooth order fulfillment from placement to delivery.
🚚 Import & Logistics Coordination: Handle shipping queries, customs clearance, and supplier coordination.
📊 CRM Management: Update order details, shipment status, and customer interactions in the CRM.
📞 Customer Support & Query Resolution: Assist customers with order-related issues and logistics concerns.
📈 Performance Tracking: Generate reports on order accuracy, delivery timelines, and process improvements.
🤝 Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to optimize fulfillment processes
Requirements:
✅ Import & Logistics Knowledge – Familiar with international shipping regulations and supply chain management.
✅ CRM & Data Management – Experience in updating and analyzing CRM data for order tracking.
✅ Problem-Solving & Customer Support – Quick resolution of customer queries related to orders and logistics.
✅ Attention to Detail – Ensuring order accuracy and timely fulfillment.
✅ Multitasking & Time Management – Ability to handle multiple orders and queries efficiently.
