🗂️ Coordinate daily service operations, track tasks, ensure timelines, and keep everything running smoothly.

📋 Maintain service records, follow-ups, and project documentation.

🤝 Join live client calls and internal team huddles.

⚙️ Spot gaps, suggest improvements, and help fine-tune service delivery processes.

🌐 Handle real-time project coordination across multiple locations, think global, act local.

🎯 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐍𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠:

✅ A fresh graduate in BSIT, BSCS, or any operations-related field

✅ Excellent spoken and written communication, you’ll be the messenger and mediator
