About the role

To oversee the end-to-end physical readiness of all properties, including setup, maintenance coordination, and operational preparation. This role ensures that every apartment meets defined quality standards and is fully optimized for guest use before going live.

Responsibilities

• Source furniture, appliances, and supplies from vendors
• Set up new apartments (furnishing and essentials)
• Prepare apartments for offboarding (repairs, painting, maintenance)
• Visit and inspect potential properties
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and maintenance teams
• Ensure apartments meet Luxor standards before going live
• Handle on-ground execution of operational tasks

Candidate Requirements

• Strong coordination and negotiation skills
• Field work capability
• Problem-solving mindset
• Basic understanding of operations/supply chain
• Basic design / Aesthetic sense

KPIs (Performance Indicators)

• Time taken to set up new apartments
• Cost efficiency (budget adherence)
• Apartment readiness score
• Maintenance turnaround time
• Vendor reliability and coordination efficiency

Work Details

• Working Hours: Flexible (field-based)
• Number of work days: 6 days a week
