Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This pivotal role involves managing project costs, ensuring value for money, and successful delivery of construction projects by surveying the physical on going sites all over region . You will be an integral part of our team, working collaboratively to achieve project goals.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for multiple on going projects for preparing accurate cost estimates, managing budgets, and monitoring projects expenditures. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed within budget and time line to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be crucial for success.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets.
• Meet timelines and assure quality work
• Manage and monitor project expenditures.
• Oversee tendering and procurement processes.
• Administer construction contracts.
• Reconcile Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Should have good command on QS Skills (Billings, MBs and BOQs)
• Candidates having experience with the good construction companies shall be preferred
• Quantity Surveying
• Non-Schedule Items Analysis and estimations

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
