Listen to employee calls and evaluate their quality
Provide feedback and coaching to improve communication standards
Ensure leads are handled with professionalism and meet company quality benchmarks

📍 Work Type: Full-time
🕕 Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift, PKT)
📅 Schedule: 5 working days a week (Weekends Off)
