The Retail Shop Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining brand standards. The role involves managing staff, merchandising, inventory control, and achieving sales targets while creating an engaging and fashion-forward shopping experience.

The candidate must have prior experience in ladies clothing/fabric retail and be willing to be deployed anywhere in Punjab as per business needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Performance

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, average transaction value, and UPT (units per transaction).
• Implement promotional campaigns and upselling strategies.

2. Store Operations

• Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the store.
• Maintain stock levels and oversee replenishment.
• Enforce company policies, cash handling, and loss prevention measures.

3. Team Management

• Recruit, train, and develop sales associates.
• Schedule staff shifts for optimal coverage.
• Conduct performance reviews and motivate the team.

4. Customer Experience

• Ensure all customers receive high-quality service aligned with brand values.
• Handle customer complaints effectively and diplomatically.
• Create a welcoming and visually appealing store atmosphere.

5. Visual Merchandising & Brand Compliance

• Oversee store layout, mannequins, and window displays.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines for visual presentation.
• Monitor fashion trends and align store presentation accordingly.

6. Inventory & Reporting

• Conduct regular stock counts and manage shrinkage.
• Analyse sales data to inform ordering and merchandising decisions.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management.

• Willingness to be deployed to any store location across Punjab.

Salary & Benefits:

PKR 45,000 – 55,000 basic salary Plus Commission.
