Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new clients. You will be responsible for generating leads, crafting compelling proposals, and managing the sales cycle from initial contact to onboarding.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or business development, with a strong understanding of client acquisition strategies. This position offers a competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses, providing significant earning potential.
- Identify and target potential clients through platforms like Upwork.
- Write tailored, high-quality sales proposals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Manage contract negotiations and support client onboarding.
- Track pipeline and provide weekly performance reports.
This is an Afternoon shift from 12:00pm to 9:00pm, Mon to Sat. Comission will be given on per deal closed.
