Job Description:

We’re seeking a driven and resilient Business Development Representative to help expand our Staff Augmentation practice. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for companies facing talent shortages, skills gaps, or scaling challenges. If you’re confident on the phone, enjoy high-volume outreach, and know how to turn conversations into opportunities, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make a volume of outbound cold calls (120- 150/-day) and emails to target accounts
  • Identify and qualify prospects using CRM tools, Yellow Maps, online directories, and other research sources
  • Connect with IT leaders, Project Managers, and decision-makers to understand their hiring and scaling needs
  • Clearly explain the value of our staff augmentation and IT services
  • Book qualified meetings and demos for senior sales leaders
  • Follow up with warm leads and nurture prospects over time
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to improve messaging and outreach
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity and revenue-related KPIs
  • Review performance data and refine your approach to improve results


Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven success in outbound B2B sales, cold calling, or telesales
  • Experience selling IT services, staffing, consulting, or recruitment is a strong plus
  • Strong communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence
  • Comfortable handling objections and building rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), Google Workspace, and sales reporting
  • Organized, data-driven, and focused on continuous improvement
  • Resilient, adaptable, and highly motivated to hit—and beat—targets
