We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales & Customer Support Executive to join our team. This role is crucial for managing customer interactions, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction for our mobility and rehabilitation products. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing support and guidance throughout their purchasing journey.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a passion for helping others and a proven ability to meet sales targets. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, managing orders, and providing excellent after-sales support. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team to achieve company goals.

  • Handle customer inquiries via various channels (WhatsApp, calls, website, social media).
  • Perform daily follow-ups and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate product options.
  • Manage orders, invoices, and coordinate deliveries.
