We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives in the banking and insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships within the banking and insurance industry
- Lead a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and performance feedback

- Prepare and deliver sales reports to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–4 years of sales experience, preferably in banking or insurance
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven mindset with excellent organizational abilities
