Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Officer at Friends Home Store in Rawalpindi. The Retail Sales Officer will be responsible for customer service, communication, sales operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers, answering questions, and helping them find products
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of the products.
- Implementing sales strategies and participating in promotional events.
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customer
- Answering customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Provide customer feedback to the Branch Manager
- Stay up to date with the latest products
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Officer, or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills.
