Aan Tourism is dedicated to providing top-notch services to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Accounts Manager to join our team and manage our financial operations effectively.
· Record and supervise daily sales activities of the organization.
· Reconcile accounts payable and receivable on a daily basis.
· Audit financial transactions and documents.
· Ensure compliance with laws and regulations in financial statements and records.
· Manage cash book and bank book simultaneously.
· Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
· Prepare monthly sales reports with graphical representation according to sales channels.
· Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports or statements.
· Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
· Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
· Ensure timely invoicing, payments, and collections.
· Assist UAE team with VAT Submission
· Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely disbursements.
· Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with labor laws and tax regulations.
· Resolve discrepancies and recommend process improvements
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or relevant role.
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
· Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
· Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
