Develops and implements social media strategies, creates engaging content, manages accounts, and analyzes performance to build brand awareness and drive engagement.
Responsibilities:
1. Plan and execute creative social media strategies tailored to each platform.
2. Oversee and grow social media accounts – from content creation to audience interaction.
3. Develop and share compelling, on-brand content that captures attention.
4. Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics like reach, engagement, and conversions.
5. Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a loyal community.
6. Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and digital best practices.
Requirements:
1. Deep knowledge of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.).
2. Strong writing and content creation skills with a creative mindset.
3. Comfortable with data – able to interpret insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
4. Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or similar.
5. Flexible and adaptive to changing algorithms and industry trends.
