Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Solar Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in engineering and a passion for renewable energy. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site assessments, preparing proposals, and closing sales for residential, commercial, and industrial solar solutions.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar and renewable energy sector.
Conduct client meetings and on-site surveys to assess energy needs and system requirements.
Design and propose customized PV solutions using technical knowledge and solar design tools.
Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and presentations for potential customers.
Follow up with clients to close deals and provide post-sales support as needed.
Collaborate with the engineering and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Stay up to date on industry trends, new technologies, and local solar regulations.
Represent the company professionally at industry events and client meetings.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of technical sales experience (preferably in solar or renewable energy).
Strong understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and basic energy calculations.
Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and solar design tools (e.g., PVsyst, Helioscope, etc.)
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel within the city or to client sites as required.
A passion for sustainability and clean energy solutions.
