We are seeking a motivated and technically sound Technical Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Jehlum. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the solar energy sector and possess the ability to effectively present technical information to clients. This role involves a mix of sales, technical consultation, and client relationship management.

• Identify and engage potential clients for solar energy solutions.
• Present and explain technical solar products and services to prospective clients.
• Provide accurate technical advice and support throughout the sales process.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and site reports.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Conduct on-site assessments and follow-ups with clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of solar technologies, industry trends, and competitors.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Experience in the solar energy industry is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of photovoltaic (PV) systems and solar energy components.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and client-facing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
