Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and technically sound Technical Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Jehlum. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the solar energy sector and possess the ability to effectively present technical information to clients. This role involves a mix of sales, technical consultation, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients for solar energy solutions.
Present and explain technical solar products and services to prospective clients.
Provide accurate technical advice and support throughout the sales process.
Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and site reports.
Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
Conduct on-site assessments and follow-ups with clients.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of solar technologies, industry trends, and competitors.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

Experience in the solar energy industry is mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
Strong understanding of photovoltaic (PV) systems and solar energy components.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and client-facing skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
