Location: Karachi

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Territory Sales Officer (TSO) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong FMCG background and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Achieve assigned sales and distribution targets within the territory

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers

* Ensure product availability and visibility across assigned outlets

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

* Execute trade promotions and marketing activities effectively

* Prepare sales reports and provide regular market updates

* Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage

* Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree preferred

* 3–5 years of relevant sales experience

* FMCG industry experience is highly preferred

* Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

* Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting
