Truck Dispatcher

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the schedules of truck drivers to ensure timely deliveries.

Utilize load boards to find and assign appropriate loads to drivers.

Maintain clear and effective communication with drivers, customers, and other team members.

Monitor the status of deliveries and address any issues or delays promptly.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Handle emergency situations and driver requests efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of dispatch operations and driver activities.

Qualifications:

6month to 1 years of experience in truck dispatching.

Proficiency in using load boards and dispatch software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.

Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements.
