We’re hiring a highly motivated, detail-oriented LinkedIn Engagement Specialist to join our fast-growing team at Branding Pirates – a personal branding agency helping founders and CEOs grow their authority and generate leads through powerful content and outreach.
This is a full-time remote role with structured hours and performance-based growth opportunities. If you’re someone who loves writing, has strong English skills, and can stay consistent without hand-holding — this might be for you.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐁𝐞 𝐃𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠:
• Writing 60+ high-quality comments per day from client profiles (no AI use allowed)
• Publishing 2 LinkedIn posts daily (content provided)
• Sending 30 custom connection requests per day with personalized note
• Researching 4 LinkedIn posts daily for engagement
• Reporting daily top-performing comments
