As a Talent Acquisition Executive at SkyLift Marketing, you will play a crucial role in attracting, screening, and hiring top talent to support our growing marketing services company. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and experience recruiting for various roles within a marketing environment.

Source and screen candidates for various roles within the company.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage the recruitment process.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
