Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant (Tax Consultant) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with FBR IRIS Portal, Sales Tax and Income Tax filing, as well as strong Microsoft Excel skills for preparing and maintaining financial drafts and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle Income Tax and Sales Tax filing on the IRIS Portal.
Prepare and maintain tax data, financial drafts, and records using Microsoft Excel.
Assist in preparing tax returns, challans, and client files.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of tax-related correspondence.
Coordinate with clients to gather necessary financial documents and data.
Support senior consultants in routine office and tax matters.
Manage basic office administrative tasks when required.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B. Com / BBA / equivalent).
Proficiency in FBR IRIS Portal and Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of Income Tax and Sales Tax laws and filing procedures.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication and organizational skills.
