Sales Executive – Showroom (B2C)

Location: TopCity-1, Islamabad

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: PKR 40,000–60,000 (Based on Experience)

Experience: 1–2 Years

Working Days: Saturday–Thursday

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and energetic Sales Executive to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate will manage walk-in customers, understand their requirements, recommend suitable sanitary and plumbing solutions, and achieve sales targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and benefits.
Prepare quotations and coordinate order processing.
Follow up with customers through WhatsApp and phone calls.
Achieve monthly sales targets through effective selling techniques.
Upsell and cross-sell relevant products.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with inventory and accounts teams for smooth order fulfilment.
Maintain showroom displays and ensure products are presented professionally.
Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
1–2 years of mandatory experience in showroom, retail, or B2C sales.
Prior experience in any of the following industries is required:
Sanitary Ware
Plumbing Products
Tiles & Ceramics
Building Materials
Hardware
Paints
Electrical Supplies
Home Improvement Retail
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Strong ability to understand customer needs and close sales.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, POS, or ERP systems).
Well-groomed, professional, and confident personality.
Willingness to learn technical knowledge about sanitary and plumbing products.
