Description

Job Description:

Iberianz is looking for a qualified and experienced Accounts & Finance Business Partner to join our finance team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in U.S. accounting laws, taxation, and payroll, with hands-on experience using QuickBooks. This role demands effective communication, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage financial operations in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, payroll, and compliance processes.
Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting laws and tax regulations.
Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business decisions.
Supervise and optimize financial processes and staff performance.
Utilize QuickBooks and other accounting tools for accurate bookkeeping and reporting.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Lead audits and implement internal controls.

Qualifications:

MBA in Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
Mandatory knowledge of U.S. accounting laws and taxation.
Proficient in QuickBooks and other financial management tools.
Strong understanding of payroll, tax laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in team management and process improvement.
