Job Title: B2B Sales Executive

Experience: 3+ Years

Salary: PKR 70,000 – 80,000

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive for one of our client companies. The role involves driving sales growth for premium chocolate and spread products by developing relationships with distributors, wholesalers, bakeries, cafés, restaurants, and other food service businesses across Pakistan.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, expanding market reach, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

·      Identify, develop, and secure new B2B business opportunities within assigned territories.

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, bakeries, cafés, restaurants, and food manufacturers.

·      Conduct regular client visits, sales meetings, and product presentations.

·      Negotiate pricing, order volumes, and commercial agreements with customers.

·      Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

·      Increase product penetration and market share across assigned regions.

·      Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.

·      Gather customer feedback and provide market intelligence to management.

·      Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates.

·      Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

·      Maintain long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.

Requirements

·      Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales.

·      Background in FMCG, food ingredients, confectionery, dairy, bakery, chocolate products, or food service sales is preferred.

·      Strong understanding of distributor networks and wholesale sales channels.

·      Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

·      Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

·      Strong relationship-building and account management capabilities.

·      Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.

Degree:

Bachelor's in Business Administration
